Freedom (W)rites: 7 Filipinx-Canadian Authors

The organizers acknowledge that they will be live-streaming this event from the unceded, unsurrendered ancestral lands of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples.

A reading featuring literary talent from Metro Vancouver's Filipinx diasporic community as part of Filipino Heritage Month. The reading will take place the evening of Friday, June 12th, which is Philippine Independence Day. The event is FREE and taking place online, via Zoom (details to come).
